I visited Sony Playstation’s new American Headquarters this monday in San Mateo, CA.
The buildings has a lot of elegant and organic shapes, spiced with artefacts bound to the product of playstation. For instance the reception desk had the Playstation carved into blue plexiglass, and the buttons from the Playstation controller (cross, triangle, circle and quadrant) was used to guide visitors through the check-in counters.
The Playstation Logo was carved into frosted blue plexiglass.
The Banner was placed above the reception area, with a lot of space and air around it
The nice green areas with fountains and flowers provides a nice and peaceful atmosphere for the workers to enjoy when working in the buildings surrounding the green areas.
